Roleplaying Rules
1. You may not control other members’ characters.
2. You may create NPC’s whenever necessary. Such NPC’s can be controlled by any player.
3. Be as realistic as possible. Your Pokémon characters are sentient, but beyond that, they should behave more or less like animals. This means maintaining some honor rules. Namely, you should not “god-mode” your characters. For example, in a battle, accept your character’s limitations. Do not try to argue that a bidoof can hold its own against a feraligatr. Additionally, do not try to create friendships between Pokémon who would ordinarily be natural enemies (i.e. taillow and wurmple; zangoose and seviper; luxray and stantler). Also, Pokémon which have anatomy that would realistically restrict them to an aquatic environment (i.e. magikarp, goldeen) cannot travel on land.
4. Characters may own simple tools (provided they possess appropriate anatomy to operate/have crafted such items), but architectural structures are forbidden.
5. You may not kill a member’s character without his or her permission.
6. Humans may not appear in the RP.
7. Use third person when roleplaying.
8. Keep out-of-character talk to a minimum while in the roleplaying boards.
9. Allow other players ample opportunity to respond to your posts.
This list is subject to change.
